WORK EXPERIENCE
We want you to earn the absolute most you can based on your work experience and education. So, before a recruiter reaches out to you, start collecting documented work experience - vocational training, certification courses, OSHA 10 Cert, lift training, BICSI certification or any license you may have earned. Collect and have this information ready.

Yes, all our positions have employer-paid healthcare. Yes, all our positions have employer-paid retirement. But we have many other benefits as well. Each of our members has a life insurance policy that covers them on and off the job. Also, our workers will have access to other incentives, discounts, and free programs.
